This policy explains what information amandaquickhealing.com collects, how it's used, and the choices you have. In plain words: I collect only what I need to stay in touch and work with you, I never sell it, and you can ask me to delete it at any time.

What I collect

Information you give me. When you subscribe, apply, or email me, I receive what you enter: usually your name, your email address, and your answers or message.

Payment information. Payments are handled by Stripe or PayPal. I never see or store your full card or account details. I receive only what's needed to confirm your payment, such as your name, email and the amount.

Basic technical information. Like most websites, the company that hosts this site automatically records basic information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you view. This is used to keep the site running and secure.

Your application and story

Applications often include personal and painful parts of your story. I read every one myself. I don't share your answers with anyone, and I'll delete them whenever you ask.

How I use it

To send you the writing and resources you signed up for, to respond to your application or inquiry, to schedule and deliver our work together, to process payments, and to keep the site working. You can unsubscribe from email at any time using the link in every message.

This site doesn't use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The services above may use cookies when you interact with them, for example when you subscribe through Substack or watch an embedded video.

I don't sell, rent or trade your information. I share it only with the services listed above, as needed for them to do their job, or if the law requires it.

How long I keep it

Only as long as it's needed for the reasons above, or as long as the law requires, such as payment records for taxes. You can ask me to delete your information sooner.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information I have about you, correct it, or delete it. Depending on where you live, including California and the European Union, you may have additional rights under laws like the CCPA and GDPR. Email me and I'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site and my work are meant for adults. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes and governing law

If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, United States.
